Case

This is a case where skin necrosis

occurred after breast filler,

causing the filler to leak.


We removed the breast filler along

with inflamed tissue, damaged tissue,

and hematoma.

PAAG, the main target of surgical filler removal, is toxic in the body.

Especially when muscle tissue damage

occurs, it shows various symptoms

ranging from mild filler migration to

severe inflammation, hematoma,

and muscle tissue rupture.


This patient came worried about breast

cancer due to bloody nipple discharge.

We removed the breast filler along with

damaged tissue, hematoma,

and torn muscle tissue.

This is a patient whose filler injected

into the buttocks and pelvis melted

the tissue and flowed into the thighs

and groin.


We performed filler removal and

acute inflammation treatment in a

state where acute inflammation,

skin discoloration, and deformation

had occurred.

This patient came with throbbing

breast pain, stating she had received

‘collagen injections’ in her breasts.

She also wanted sagging breast correction and volume augmentation

if possible.


After a comprehensive examination,

it was determined that paraffin removal,

sagging breast lift, and implant

augmentation

were possible, so simultaneous

surgery was performed.
